I worked with Susan on an important interaction with my 15 national sales managers to teach them to be more effective coaches. Susan did an in-depth needs analysis with myself and the VP of sales to determine both the pain points and best approach to address this critical need. She then constructed a framework we could use to develop a more effective approach to coaching for improved performance nationally. Her excellent facilitation of the program with the assembled team effectively drove the main points home, and her follow up process and documentation ensured the program was carried through successfully. I consider Susan a highly competent professional in the sales consulting and training arena, and would recommend her to anyone.
