Coaching for Results

MR3 brings a validated and structured approach to coaching and customizes the coaching precisely to the goals of the individual. We start with one to two validated assessments to identify your unique strengths, then work closely with you to create a coaching and development plan to achieve your goals. While coaching is individual, we often use a leadership framework that outlines five key areas of development:

  • Developing Self
  • Developing Others
  • Improving Work Processes
  • Creating Metrics to Measure Your Success
  • Achieving Business Results

Coaching Options

On-Site Coaching

Combination Coaching

As the name implies, it consists of a combination of face to face and telephone coaching.
